1 pound (450g) ground beef (80% lean)1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 hamburger buns
4 slices of cheese (cheddar or American)

Instructions:
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Gently mix the seasoning into the beef, being careful not to overmix.
