Material
Ingredients for marinating

• 1/2 kg chicken

• 100 grams of yogurt

• 2 teaspoons arrowroot or all purpose flour

1/2 lemon juice

• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

• 1/2 teaspoon Kasuri methi

Saline

Black pepper powder according to taste

Gravy ingredients

2 medium sized onions

• 4 medium sized tomatoes

• 12/15 Cashew

• 1 cup cream or fresh cream

• 1/2 teaspoon Kasuri methi

1/2 teaspoon hot spices

• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

Taste the smoky coal as needed

Black pepper powder according to taste

Saline

• 2 teaspoons butter or ghee


Way

• Marinate the chicken first. Once the chicken is well cleaned, add yoghurt, salt, chilli powder, kasuri fenugreek, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and arrowroot for 1 hour.

Cut the onion on the back of the tomato with a knife and boil it in water with the dried fruit. Make a smooth paste of all three after cooking.

Deep fry the marinated chicken until 70/80 percent melted.

Heat oil in a pan to make gravy, then stir well with tomato, onion paste, ginger, garlic paste, salt, chilli powder and remaining marinade paste.

When the oil starts to rise, fry it well with hot spices and kasuri fenugreek cream or fresh cream.

After adding all the oil, add about 1 cup of water and when it comes to a boil, add the fried chicken to it and reduce the gas for about 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes turn off the gas and heat the charcoal and cover it with ghee or butter in the middle of the pan, after 10 minutes open the lid and take out the charcoal and add ghee or butter. Serve the chicken.
