Chicken Drumsticks recipe

 7-8 servings
18-20 chicken thighs
2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoons butter or oil
2 tablespoons red pepper powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground coriander
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons spoonful of curd
1 tablespoon tandoori or tikka masala
1 teaspoon garam masala
As needed, additional oil for soup
Vegetables as required

Make slits in the chicken legs or chicken thighs at first. Prepare the marinade by mixing all the mentioned ingredients. Soak the legs and put them in the refrigerator overnight for best results. Remember to cover it well.
Place the marinated chicken thighs on a tray lined with parchment paper and arrange as much as possible. Reserve the rest of the marinade and use it to brush the chicken as needed. Use your favorite vegetables as well as desired. I used capsicum, onion and baby potatoes.
Alternatively, you can also use some olive oil or melted butter as well. Grill on a grill stove or bake in an oven at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes or as needed. Enjoy! WL!
