Materials For potato masala Oil - 3 tbsp Heing - spoon Cumin - 1tsp Mustard - 1tsp Ginger chopped - 1tsp Cut raw pepper - 1no Turmeric - 6 tbsp Curry leaves - a spring Potatoes (boiled and lamb) - 1½ cup Coriander cut - in the fist Salt For chutney Coriander leaves - 2 caps Mint leaves - 1cup Garlic cloves - 2no Ginger - a small piece Green pepper - 1-2nos Salt Black salt - to taste Fried cumin - 2tsp Lemon juice - 2 tbsp Ice cubes - a few Water - a dash (if required) Chaat masala - 2tsp
To assemble the sandwich Jumbo Bread Pieces - No. 4 Butter - 2 tablespoons Onions round - a few Tomatoes round - a few Capsicum Roundle - a few Saline Chaat masala - a generous pinch Grated cheese - paws Save - Claw Steps: Heat oil and add hing, cumin and mustard paste. Sprinkle these and chop the ginger and green pepper. Add turmeric and curry leaves and stir. Lightly grind the potatoes and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes and add salt and chopped coriander. Remove and set aside to cool.
Mix all ingredients for the sauce and grind it into a paste. Remove and set aside. Smaar butter on one side of the bread. Place the greased side at the bottom and smell some chutney inside all the bread. Now sprinkle some potatoes, chopped onion, tomato, capsicum and seasoning. Cover it with another piece of bread. And now grill it, remove and sprinkle some save on top. Serve with some mint chutney and ketchup.
